These terms govern your use of AwardCast AI. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

AwardCast AI provides forecasts and analysis of U.S. federal contract awards built on public data. Forecasts are estimates and are provided as is.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and use the service only as permitted by law.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid reports and subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping beyond permitted use, no reselling access, no attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, and no unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

The service, its content, and its forecasts are owned by AwardCast AI or its licensors. Underlying government records are public. You receive a limited, non transferable license to use the service.

No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Forecasts are not guarantees. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwardCast AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost bids, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware [confirm], without regard to conflict of laws rules.
