This policy explains refunds for reports and subscriptions purchased from AwardCast AI.
Because a report is delivered digitally and immediately, sales are generally final once the report is generated. If a report failed to generate or was materially defective, contact us within 7 days and we will regenerate it or refund it.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends. We do not automatically prorate partial periods unless required by law.
