This policy explains what AwardCast AI collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
Account information you provide (name, work email) when you create an account. Usage information about how you interact with the service. Content you submit, such as a solicitation link or number you ask us to forecast. We do not collect payment card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe.
To provide and improve the service, deliver forecasts and alerts you request, process payments, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted processors to operate the service, including Amazon Web Services (hosting and authentication via Amazon Cognito) and Stripe (payments). They process data only to provide their service to us.
We use minimal browser storage for essential functions such as remembering your language and keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us and we will respond as required by law.
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, though no system is perfectly secure.
